❓Can we mix different sweatshirt sizes and colors ?
✅ Yes, you can mix the sizes (S,M,L,XL) but there should be 20 units of single color. The embroidery design and thread colors, however, must remain consistent across all mixed items for that single design.

❓ What is the estimated total production and delivery time, starting from the final design approval?
✅ Our Turnaround Time (TAT) depends slightly on the order quantity and current production volume. However, once you give us the final design approval and payment, we typically produce and deliver your order within 3 to 4 weeks (15-20 business days).

❓ Do you offer a rush production option, and what is the associated fee and faster timeline?
✅ Yes, we offer rush production options based on our current capacity and desired faster timeline. Utilizing this service may involve two potential costs: a rush production fee (to speed up manufacturing) and expedited shipping costs (to speed up delivery). Both costs are dependent on the order quantity. We strongly recommend consulting with us prior to placing a rush order to confirm availability and receive an accurate quote.

✅ Yes, we ship our products worldwide. We regularly deliver orders to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Asia, and many other global locations. Please note that expedited shipping options for international orders may involve additional costs.

❓ What are the preferred file formats of logos for embroidery?
✅ Your logos could be in any format such as JPG, PNG or Vector.

❓ Is there any logo digitization fee to convert logo for embroidery?
✅ No, We do not charge any digitization fee as long as we have a confirmed order.

❓ Is the embroidery pricing based on stitch count?
✅ Yes, the technical cost of embroidery is determined by the stitch count and design complexity. However, we simplify the process for our customers. We calculate the total stitches and integrate this entire embroidery cost directly into the final product price. This means when you receive your quote, it’s a single, all-inclusive price covering the blank item, the embroidery, and any setup fees.

❓ What is the minimum thickness or size for letters and fine details to embroider well?
✅ Embroidery requires a certain amount of space to lay down the thread cleanly. For the best results and clear readability, we recommend the following minimum sizes:

• Lettering Height: Letters should be at least 1/4 inch (6mm) tall. Any smaller risks the stitches merging, making the text illegible.
• Fine Lines/Details: Any line or element thickness should be a minimum of 1.5mm. Lines thinner than this may not hold the stitching well or could be lost entirely.

We will advise you during the digitization review if we need to simplify any intricate details in your logo to ensure the highest quality finished embroidery on your items.

❓ What is the minimum thickness or size for letters and fine details to embroider well?
✅We offer several popular placement options, ideal for custom orders: Standard Placements: Left Chest, Full Front/Back, Sleeve (left or right), and Neck Nape (back neck).

Maximum Embroidery Area:

• Full Front/Back: Up to approximately 12 inches wide by 12 inches high (12″ W x 12″ H).
• Left Chest: Typically 4 inches wide by 4 inches high (4″ W x 4″ H).
• Sleeve: Up to 3.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches high (3.5″ W x 3.5″ H).

These maximum sizes ensure the embroidery hoop fits correctly without obstruction and provides a professional finish. Please note that exact sizing may vary slightly based on the size of the garment (S, M, L, etc.).

❓ Thread Color Matching: Can you match specific Pantone colors?
✅ While we cannot guarantee an exact Pantone match due to the limitations of thread pigments, we always strive for the closest possible match using the available thread colors. When you submit your logo, we will recommend the closest corresponding thread colors for your approval to ensure your custom sweatshirts look exactly as intended.
